Wayward Hazy Mid
Juicy Mid-Strength Pale Ale. We brewed this easy drinking hazy pale ale for those looking for a sessionable mid-strength ABV beer with a seriously juicy hop punch. Light malt and oats are perfectly balanced with tropical hop flavours of Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. The perfect backyard beer.

White Bay Union Lager
Union is our pride and joy, our go-to beer for any occasion. Union is fermented cold and under pressure. Fermentation under pressure allows for better carbonation and better foam in the finished beer. Union spends at least 35 days in the fermenter prior to packaging, this time in tank allows flavours to gently settle and develop over time. Union is unfiltered. Union boasts flavours of fresh sourdough pretzel, soft minerality and a touch of lemony, citrusy zest thanks to a combination of classic German hops.

Black Hops Pale Ale

Defined by a balance of pale malted barley and tropical hop aromas, our Pale Ale is light in colour but big in flavour. But don’t overthink it. It is what it says on the tin, a Pale Ale, the Black Hops beer for every occasion.

Capital XPA

Mountain Culture Status Quo
Status Quo is a juicy New England Pale Ale. Made for hop lovers with massive late and dry hop additions, it's full flavoured and more tropical than the Hawaiian ukulele orchestra.

Balter Hazy
ABV: 6.0% IBU: 30
If a weather app forecast the outlook on this beer it would say slightly cloudy with a downpour of juicy hops. Its luscious nectar showers your lips with a combination of candied orange, mango and passionfruit, followed with a refreshing breeze of bitterness beneath. Chill out, sip back and relax with a lazy Hazy.

Brick Lane Red Hoppy Ale
Layered caramel malts. Citrus and pine hop flavours. That time of day when the sun has gone down, and the lights have come on, not dark, not light. Red Hoppy Ale has a rich, red amber body driven through caramel malts layered in the brew, not dark, not light. A green hoppy bite and intense fruit flavours deliver layers of complexity, interest and a moreish finish.

Mountain Goat IPA
Our brewers love a classic IPA, and you can’t get more classic than this one. For our IPA we drew on twenty years of brewing, two consecutive AIBA Champion IPAs, a couple of trial brews, and more than a few "tasting panels" along the way. Resinous and citrusy, this is a bold, American-style IPA that was made for hopheads everywhere. West-Coast IPA with resinous pine and tropical notes, and a bold bitterness to finish.

Bentspoke Red Nut
A Red IPA with a resiny hop and caramel malt character. Red Nut came in at #23 in GABS Hottest 100 Aussie Craft Beers Poll for 2018.
