Sobah Lemon Aspen Pilsner
A light, fruity beer from the grapefruit and lychee flavour notes of the native fruit infused within it. The lemon aspen, naturally occurring in Far North QLD throughout the Kuku Yalanji Language Nations lands, is rich in antioxidants and Vitamins A & C. Based on a Czech pale ale, this brew is fresh and citrusy with a distinct hop aroma and flavour. 

Sobah Finger Lime Cerveza
The Mexican style brew is light, zesty, tangy and hoppy against a sweet yet nutty backdrop. The finger lime, aka 'gulalung' is an Australian native citrus fruit naturally occurring around Northern NSW and SE QLD throughout Bundjalung Nations lands. The fruit is rich in folate, potassium and Vitamins C & E. 

Sobah Pepperberry IPA
The distinctive hoppy, citrusy characteristics of pale ales are amplified in an India Pale Ale (IPA). This bold brew has an extra ‘hot and spicy’ kick from the infusion of the fruit of the Australian Native Pepperberry tree, a plant naturally occurring in the cold high country of Southern NSW, Victoria and Tasmania.

Heaps Normal Quiet XPA
The Heaps Normal Quiet XPA tastes like a delicious, refreshing beer. Tropical and citrus aroma with a lingering and unmistakably beery finish. Unfiltered, with balanced bitterness and a subtle malt sweetness, reminiscent of your old pals.

Big Drop "Uptown" Craft Lager
Ultra low alcohol craft lager. Easy drinking and full-flavoured. Light herbal and floral hop aromas, a hint of caramel with peppered spiciness on the palate and a touch of orange at the end.

Big Drop "Pine Trail" Pale Ale
A delight for the senses, this beer delivers on all levels. Rosy floral aromas are immediate as you pour, with a light and limey citrus bite on the palate and a balanced but obvious bitterness to finish.

Nort Tropical XPA
Prepare for an XPA bursting with pineapple, mango and citrus aromas, a frosty haze upon pouring and a flavour punch you won’t believe at just 56 calories. Putting more XPA into non alcoholic beer!

Nort All Day IPA
Lashings of citrus and grapefruit and a considered malt profile allows this non-alc IPA to look, smell and taste like a 100% crafted, full flavoured IPA, but with only 60 calories. Enjoy More with NORT IPA. 

Upflow Ultra Pale Lager
The lightest in colour and most delicate in the range, from the use of just wheat. It has a clean graininess and creamy mouthfeel, it’s lager-like crispness is comfortingly familiar. Topped with a light bittering of Citra hops & mineral bite on the finish, it's super dry & as refreshing a beer as you'll ever get.

Upflow Classic Pale Ale
Malt and hops share the show here. Layers of Munich malt provides depth & complexity, with a caramel and cookie like toasted crunch. This is paired with lots of noble hops - Halletauer and Saaz from Europe bringing classic flavours back into the spotlight.

Upflow New World IPA
Pale & malted wheat provide a slightly hazy appearance, paired with loads of new world hop varieties, providing bold flavours of tropical fruit, citrus & pine. We've hopped our IPA with Mosaic, Citra & Amarillo from America, as well as Vic Secret from Australia. A clean malt profile provides a platform for those juicy hops to really shine, before a dry, lingering hop bitterness on the finish. For those who love hops, not hangovers!

Upflow Stout (Dozen only)
The selection of Pale, Munich & Roasted malts give this beer layers of caramelized nuts, deep bittersweet chocolate and tangy espresso. Bold & complex, even without the alcohol. It keeps you wanting more at any time of the day.
