Shipping policy
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong product , your order is damaged or faulty or you've received the wrong product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can look to resolve the issue for you asap. Get in touch with us directly on our chat via the little pink speech bubble at the bottom right of the screen (recommended) or via email at [email protected], we’re available 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (and generally sporadically outside these hours too).
Shipping is included in the price of most gift packs for delivery to capital cities, major cities and major regional areas. A shipping fee may apply for Express or rural deliveries. You can check the shipping in the cart using the "Calculate Shipping" button.
We offer Express delivery Australia wide, from Darwin to Hobart and everywhere in between. We don't deliver internationally. Orders can be placed from overseas using an overseas credit card but a valid Australian delivery address must be specified.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. Deliveries aren't made on weekends or public holidays. We are unable to deliver orders on a specific date or at a specific time as there isn't presently a national delivery service offering a reliable enough service for us to provide this as an option.
HANDLING & DISPATCH
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day e.g. an order placed on Tuesday will be dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday dependent on the time the order is received. An order placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday (the next business day).
TRACKING
All our deliveries are traceable. An email will be sent to you on dispatch of your order including the tracking details allowing you to track the delivery.

Please note: Picking, packing and dispatch can take up to one business day dependent on when the order is received. Orders placed before 9AM will generally be dispatched same day.
Express Post Delivery Times
Please note: Australia Post has currently suspended its Express Post Next Business Day Guarantee due to Covid-19 and the resultant excess of online orders being received. Express Post remains the fastest postal delivery option, but current circumstances mean Australia Post can't guarantee Next Business Day delivery at the moment and as a result neither can we. Apologies for the inconvenience. As soon as this changes we will provide an update.
If the delivery address is within the Australia Post Express Post Next Business Day Delivery Network your parcel will likely be delivered next business day post dispatch. The post codes included in the Australia Post next business day delivery network are as below:

Delivery to Unattended Address
If no-one is home to receive the delivery and Authority to Leave has not been provided, a card will be left in the letter box and the delivery will be taken to the local post office for collection. If Authority to Leave has been provided, the postie will look for a safe place on the premises to leave the parcel. If there isn't a safe place for the parcel to be left, a card will be left in the letter box and the delivery will be taken to the local post office for collection.
Delivery to Business Addresses
If the delivery address is a business or other non-residential address, be sure to include the business name and any other necessary delivery instructions. If sending a gift to the address of a large business, please be aware that sometimes large businesses will have a post bag at the local delivery facility which all their mail is scanned into which is then collected and on-delivered by a courier employed by the company. When the parcels are scanned into the bag they are scanned as delivered which can lead to some confusion if the recipient hasn't received the gift, please allow 24 hours for the business internal post system to on-deliver the parcel to the recipient.
Delivery to Australia Post Parcel Lockers
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and they are the only shipping provider allowed to deliver to Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Delivery to PO Boxes
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and they are the only shipping provider allowed to deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes.
ISSUES
Damaged/Lost In Transit
If your order is damaged in transit please let us know as soon as possible and we'll arrange for it to be returned and for a replacement to be shipped out to you asap. Whilst Australia Post do endeavour to let us know within 48 hours of a parcel being damaged in transit we have found it is more often the recipient checking the tracking who first notices if a parcel has been damaged in transit. The earlier we know about an issue the faster we can look to resolve it.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double check the delivery address in the order confirmation email you receive. Parcels with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be returned to us per Australia Post policy. We are charged a fee for all parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. This fee & a re-delivery fee will be applicable to any orders requested to be re-sent post being returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
