First released in bottles in 2015, Single Fin is one of Australia's longest standing Summer Ales. The style shot to popularity in 2013 when Mountain Goat released their eponymous Summer Ale in cans, which saw the style receive as yet unseen reach in the beer market. Brewed using Australia's best known and most popular hop Galaxy and new kid on the block Enigma, Single Fin delivers stacks of passionfruit and pineapple aroma on a light-base, making it easy drinking and perfect for the hot WA Summer.

Brewer's Notes: More refreshing than a face full of Freo Doctor, we brew this beer with sun-drenched summer days in mind: light-bodied and chock full of aromatic Galaxy and Enigma hops. Big tropical fruit bowl aroma is balanced by subtle bitterness, and a clean finish.
